Welcome to EchoMind Pro, developed by MetalMindTech. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

By accessing or using EchoMind Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

EchoMind Pro is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered text summarization, explanation, and analysis features. The service requires a subscription for full access to Pro features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription & Payment

EchoMind Pro offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal activities or to violate any laws.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the service to process or store sensitive personal data without proper authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EchoMind Pro are owned by MetalMindTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

EchoMind Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MetalMindTech is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EchoMind Pro at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
